UPSC Civil Services Exam Syllabus

Brief Information:The UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) conducts the Civil Service Examination commonly known as UPSC CSE. The Exam is taken in 3 Phase – Prelims, Mains and Interview.

The prelims exam is composed of Two papers- General Studies I (200 Marks) and General Studies II (CSAT – Qualifying).

The mains exam is composed of total Nine papers. Two paper- Paper A and Paper B are language. They are Qualifying. The Other Seven mains paper consist of 1750 Marks. The UPSC CSE Prelims and UPSC CSE Main Syllabus are as given below:
