Brief Information: Bhakti movement started in Southern India in 7th century and gradually moved towards north. It was second socio-religious reform movement in India after Sharmana movement which lead foundation of Jainism and Buddhism. Similarly, Sufism is socio-religious movement in Islam. Both stressed in purity of heart and direct devotion of almight.
